Joe and Mayuko McGuire, 7th grade class parents this year, are hosting a get together for 7th and 8th grade families on Saturday, July 24 at 10:30am at Thomas Jefferson School.
The event will be held outside and a tour of campus will be offered.
Prior registration for the event is requested and registration can be completed using the form below.
To ensure safety, the following precautions for the event are in place:
Masks are to be worn during the entirety of the event.
Attendees are expected to remain outdoors for during the event with the exception of using the restroom or touring the campus (weather pending).
Hand sanitizing stations will be available in multiple locations throughout the event.
Upon entry, each attendee will be required to answer a series of questions. An answer of “no” to any of the following questions will result in no-entry to the event.
Have you experienced a fever of 100.4 F or greater within the past ten days? Is your current temperature over 100.4℉?
Have you experienced the new onset of any of the following not explained by another known condition? Fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath/difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle/body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.
Have you been in close contact in the past 2 weeks with an individual with a test-confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19?
Are you under evaluation for COVID-19 (for example, waiting for the results of a viral test to confirm infection) or have you been diagnosed with COVID-19 and not yet cleared to discontinue isolation?
In the last ten days, have you been to an area that has any travel advisories due to COVID-19 cases?
