Choosing an independent school is a significant decision for families—both academically and financially. While all families are expected to contribute towards their child's education, we are committed to making the cost of a TJ education affordable. One-third of our student body receives some level of tuition assistance.

Financial Aid Application Process
Families seeking need-based assistance should complete the Parents' Financial Statement (PFS) through the School & Student Services (SSS) for Financial Aid System.
- SSS is now accepting applications for the 2025–2026 school year.
- Thomas Jefferson School's school code for the application is 7666.
- The fee of $60 is nonrefundable. Once your PFS is submitted, it cannot be withdrawn from the SSS system.
