Heidi Pieroni is a proud native of St. Louis, with a wide array of interests that span the realms of science, art history, mathematics, and creative writing. Her passion lies in integrating these diverse fields within her classroom, fostering deeper and more engaging connections to the subject matter. Prior to joining TJ, Heidi taught middle school communication arts at Imagine Academy and bioethics at both the undergraduate and graduate levels at Saint Louis University. As a mother of four, she doesn't have much free time, but when possible, she enjoys tending to her pets and embarking on new travel experiences. At TJ, she serves as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction and the Director of Summer Programming, as well as teaching art and biology.
