Kim Fiala spent 28 years at Trans World Airlines doing reservations, customer service and pilot scheduling. When American bought out TWA, she chose to remain in St. Louis. TJ offered her a development assistant job and the rest is history! She has been married to her husband for 46 years, with three beautiful daughters and now three amazing grandchildren.
