Ciaran Santiago: Post-Dispatch Scholar Athlete
Congratulations to Ciaran Santiago '22 for being named this year's Post-Dispatch Scholar Athlete! Each year the St. Louis Post-Dispatch honors the area’s top senior athletes in a special section in the newspaper and at STLhighschoolsports.com.
To be considered a Post-Dispatch Scholar Athlete, students must be in the top 25 percent of their senior class academically and must play at least one varsity sport.
Ciaran was asked a series of questions for his biographical profile that is published on STLhighschoolsports.com and in the Scholar Athlete special section of the newspaper. When asked about his goals, Ciaran wrote, “I would like to be a behavioral economist, but more broadly than that, I hope that I will be an adult as willing to help others as the people who helped me to grow into the person I am today.”
