Thomas Jefferson School Saint Louis, Missouri

Seven-day boarders spend their weekends much like you probably do: hanging out with friends, going to the mall or the movies, getting some homework done here and there. There is a school driver that takes students around St. Louis on Friday evenings and Saturday afternoons and evenings. Boarders have dinners catered on-campus by local restaurants, and they enjoy a special Sunday morning brunch prepared by the kitchen staff. Students can also explore the St. Louis Community, join day students at their homes, or just relax in their rooms. All seven-day boarders can participate in the Homestay Program, through which each full-time boarding student is matched with the family of a day student or five-day boarder, or even with an alumna or alumnus of the school. The student is invited to spend time with these families in their homes, and it has proven to be great fun for everyone who participates! |
